Congress held its first session since COVID-19 at Little Rock Baptist Church in Gulfport, on Sunday, July 30, 2023. We celebrated 105 years of service for the organization!  Fifteen churches were represented. 

We are proud to announce Dr. Virginia Adolph, LCSW, was elected as our President. 

We thank God for Dr. Adolph. May God be with her in leadership of the Gulf Coast Sunday School and Baptist Training Union Congress!

This organization provides supplemental Christian training in the following areas: Bible study, Baptist doctrine, worship, church polity and administration, and Christian ethics and etiquette.In addition, an academic scholarship is provided to students who enroll, attend, and participate in all activities of the Congress at each fifth Sunday session for their last two (2) years of high school.
